My experience has been back and forth. I feel the company needs to pay more attention as to what is happening inside their branches/offices and not so much on the political.

My experience has been up and down. I love the mentor program. I wish more opportunities were in my area not just Indiana.

Managers aren't held responsible for their wrong doings. Things go on for too long and that cause good ppl to leave.

Overall experience is BCM's are on a different plane. SCRR's and CCSM's are treated totally different, which is crazy. Just have one or the other. No opportunities outside of retail in all areas.

My team is eager to learn and get the job done correctly. They take their jobs seriously and want to do their best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel that there should be two different types of assistant managers. I feel both are undervalued. Always seem to be forgotten.

My team is always willing to help and learn how to help. My team works well with each other. which make working here great.

The company has two different types of assistants that do the same but are treated different. Treat them the same and update pay scale.

I feel undervalued by the different titling for branches. Compensation would feel right if we were all treated the same when it comes to management.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to help a client and they are happy. I find it fulfilling to help. I am truly my happiest when I am working on operational stuff and balancing.

Even though they say they appreciate you they don't show it. I feel the value goes to BCM. I feel when they are continuously raising the pay for SA's and CRR's but not the rest does not show value.
