We are encouraged to be ourself at work. There is a push to sell products, but encouraged to only sell what is appropriate for each client.

We work together well and are always willing to help one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The deductible is so high that it makes most basic healthcare unaffordable.

Our employee healthcare coverage is a joke. The changes this year in our health programs have made our personal costs higher while not accounting for those changes in our compensation.
What makes you most happy at work?
My relationships with my customers are truly something special. I am able to be a small part of their lives and help quide them during all times of their financial life.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When issues w/ employees are brought to management, there is a conversation and then nothing changes. Employees are allowed to say anything to one another and nothing changes or is taken seriously. It seems pointless to come forward with concerns when things are "addressed" with no repercussions.
