This company has been more good than bad so far in my eyes, dealing with a merger has been tuff but has been accomplished; we show that we care about others and continue to grow together. I thrive to achieve all of my goals during my time here and strive for success in my future.

Being able to help customers and/or coworkers daily and interact with each other and tackle anything that comes our way.

What is most positive is that everyone seems to be helpful and kind to each other and we care for our clients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they take ownership and responsibility for their own actions and imply that in their work and grow as a team by teaching others along the way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe every employee should be paid fairly on their hardworking skills and experience and should take into consideration that Level One employees have been paid highly above FMB employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and always communicate with each other and help out one another if needed. We are all super friendly to each other and work well together as well.
