I like my overall experience working at the bank. I definitely feel that the work I do should be more compensating. As stated, before I attain certain skills that not everyone possesses such as the ability to speak Spanish.
My experience has been great working for a great company. There needs to be more done for the managers as I feel mine is not approachable and what I say is taken very defensively or as a challenge and my personality does not fit with her expectations. Making me feel out of place and not valued.
Making a difference in my client's life.
There is a lot of inclusivity.
Seeing clients that appreciate our work.
I like how the company provides benefits for its employees.
I think that our leadership team is very good at communicating.
I like the diverse work environment that the company has to offer.
I think that our team does very well communicating with one another and helping each other in daily tasks.
I do not look forward to getting potentially written up for committing a mistake before my 90 days is up with the company.
I really love how we get along and look after each other. They always help me when i need help and look out for each other. I look forward to working with my peers not management.
I feel like I am not a valued employee especially as a bilingual person. The amount that I get paid doesn't fairly compensate the asset that I am or the work that I do to retain and maintain client relationships.
I think that the job I do should definitely offer more compensation. The ability to speak Spanish is definitely a benefit for my banking center that not everyone has the ability to do. This is something I believe should be compensated better.
We can relate to a lot of things since we are about the same age. We support each other and motivate one another when we feel down. Overall I would say that my coworkers are great. Managerial staff needs improvement on a large scale.
The leadership team needs to get better at connecting with their employees and making sure that they get the recognition they deserve in order to retain empoyees. As well as make sure that the company is listeming to its employees as we have other lives outside of work and are treated EQUALLY.
The managers need to have more training in regard to learning how to manage. Not only manage but getting to know your staff on a personal level and invest time in them. Not make comments that can put one's self-esteem down and ruin our motivation. Learn how to create a healthy work environment.
For the requirements of this job and what is needed to do they pay should be according to the employees skills and abilities. I work at a branch that deals with a lot of spanish speaking clients. I speak spanish but i feel that i put in more work than my fellow peers and am not compensated for skill
