I tell all my friends that i love my job but that it's so hard to love the company and most others I talk to here agree with that sentiment no one truly expects the moon and stars from the company but dont take our raises away cause you raised your bottom line.

I want this to be my career but the company continues to deincentivizes me from wanting to keep going here.

my team and my direct mangers

when the company dumps a new unrealistic special project on to our already full plate we really support each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
the ratio between expectations and compensation is ridiculous and leaves so many of us feeling over worked and under appreciated especially when the companies answer to that raise base pay and disregard merit raises that employees worked hard for, pizza parties and fun clubs dont pay our bills
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
take care of the employees our turn over rate is so high for a reason! stop paying 3rd parties to have them to blame for the pour compensation just pay your people! those of us who stay here are here cause we want to be, work with us!

this companies priority of buying banks is killing us employees the work load is impossible and keeps getting bigger while pay stays the same, I've heard serval members of upper management talk about our focus on growing but its in size alone our teams are getting smaller and systeams more outdated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when base pay was raised for everyone the merit raises I had earned in my time with the company were not factored in just added on to so my pay would match what the company is paying new people with no experience but yet exceptions keep getting higher and higher despite me not being valued as i was.

the gold shields are a amazing way to raise morale let salary employees get out of the office and get a free meal while they pat each other on the back while win awards and the bonuses that come with them while the rest of us are over worked and under paid but the hours let us work 2 jobs topaybills
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
with the raise in base pay to base pay to 16 I lost my first annual raise and a raise that came with my promotion to my new position these being raises that me a year or longer to earn being erased to bump to the new the bottom line that company is willing pay anyone who get thru a interview
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
compensation is a joke i make the same as a teller but have i have to know my job and theirs to help correct the branches literal hundreds of errors on a weekly basis on top doing the rest of my job not to much as I type this im covering for a position not in my department that pays more then my job
