Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have enjoyed working here for the last 15 years, I'm saddened that the culture has changed so there isn't as much promotion and training from within any more. Not having a business background has held me back in recent years where it wouldn't have in prior years.
What makes you most happy at work?
No longer being micromanaged under my new manager.

The walk the walk and are a great example of leading by example.

My manager is friendly and communicates in a way that is not demeaning.

We have open lines of communication, they are helpful, approachable, open to collaboration and supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My tenure doesn't have me much above what the starting pay was set up as recently.
What makes you most happy at work?
Listening to my music as I work, and being able to complete my day's work when the technology works.

The pay ranges were skewed so much with the restructuring, I will cap out in less than two years.
What makes you most happy at work?
Tackling the tasks and being able to help put out "fires". I love the ability to learn on the fly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My current manager's door is always open. She wants to hear what her direct reports have to say and wants us to grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The recordkeeping department is warm, collaborative and forward thinking. I love the support and encouragement I get. It is vastly different to my former position as an AS.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked for the company for 15 years in June, and my pay is barely over what the tellers now make. I don't feel that all pay was adjusted well when the minimums were raised.
