I feel like the banking center staff and back-end support staff should be paid better/more. Without either of them, the bank wouldn't exist. They also are undervalued for everything they do and 'put up with.'
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together pretty well. Do we all have our quirks and things to improve upon? Yes. However, we all get along with each other, help each other out, and are sure to have fun while doing it. This is the best team that I have ever worked on.
