I have ahad a good experience with fmb and I like what I do. It is becoming increasingly harder to do my job but over all it has been nice. More pay would be great. Also an extra bonus for getting on amped report or grand lenders would be nice as well.

My team i work with makes it a positive experience for me
What are some of the best things about your team?
We now have a good leader, and we have a good sense of direction that we didn't have before. We all want to help each other and have a good understanding of what is expected
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On the retail side CRB and up have not gotten a rate increase like the SA and CRR have. I get nothing for being a grand lender or for making amped report just a pat on the back.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team does not want to be here and makes it known. They don't do their job to help the branch as a whole and are just collecting a paycheck until a new opportunity comes up. We should make it easier to fire people .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the consumer line of business, they changed the goals and made it even harder to hit goals on an individual level. Half the stuff we do on a daily basis doesn't count anymore so it makes it that much harder to meet expectations. Not to mention the base pay could be a bit more.
