It has been very good to meet new coworkers and build a strong team, but projects and initiatives are not clearly scoped and defined, which makes day-to-day work sometimes difficult to do and feel a sense of accomplishment.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The company clearly wants to be an employer of choice, and in many ways they succeed. The one thing that keeps them from hitting that goal is the unreasonable amount of work put on certain areas of the bank with not enough time and resources to successfully complete things without working non-stop.

Too much work and not enough time to hit deadlines.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The most frustrating part about work is more around not fully understanding who is responsible for what. There are many layers of management and so many departments with unclear roles and responsibilities. Decision making ends up being difficult and takes much longer than it should.
