I love FMB and the executive teams, I love working with First Merchants and (I feel that executive teams should coach managers little more on how to behave with their staff to build a strong team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like my Salary and bonuses on QT basis. However, Monthly bonuses would be much appreciated. but i am happy with Qt as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love working with my coworkers, as a team most of them are self-motivated and i love helping them and coach them so they can reach their goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
My work and how I help my team and my clients to reach their financial goals, I am a people person so i love interacting with clients and helping them. I love sales and that's part of my job duty which I enjoy more. I love the office I am in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel my manger needs little coaching by his managers. so, he can create a right culture at the banking center, I sometimes feel some negative air. I also feel there at different treatment toward man VS Women. I am looking forward to some change in my manager so we all can enjoy working here

I like how Patrick supports Ohio and his teams, I can go to Patrick with accomplishment or complaints, and he take his time and listen to the concerns I have and help and coach me accordingly.
