My experience has been positive since before I was hired. I met Gina outside of the branch and that really set the tone of what it would be like here. I don't feel like there is a "front" to get people in and then things change. Everyone is honest and genuine.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The 3 years I've worked here, I've never regretted one moment of it. This is the 2nd job since I started working in 1999 that I genuinely love coming to work every single day (the other being my high school job at a movie theater). I love my job and my team!

I love how much they care about the employees and the customers

Knowing I've made a positive impact in someone's day makes me happy.

We have a very welcoming culture and environment at our company. I really appreciate that about it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is that it is very competitive with the bank job market.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I can combine interacting with people and data entry. Those two things both make me happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the fact that we are like a family at our branch. Our personalities work so well together and I really enjoy coming to work every day and seeing them!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The comradery of our team is so positive and customers have often noted how much they like coming into our branch specifically because of how we treat each other and our customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a single parent and the only parent in my kids' life, I really appreciate the allotted paid time off (between vacation time and sick time). I believe our company is generous with that time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that we can all laugh together and are all very openly respectful and appreciative of each other. I truly do view my branch teammates as my second family. We all genuinely care about one another and Gina did an excellent job putting our team together.
