I love what I do, I wish there were more opportunities to advance- I won't be able to advance unless the person who holds that position leaves or gets promoted, the health insurance needs improvement.

I believe there is still a missed opportunity with compensation with other leaders in the company

we have fun and get the job done still. There is so much support in the Detroit North Team.

I like the team building activities that my manager does for our market, makes me feel more than just a number and employee

They care about our opinions and ask for feedback and there isn't a wall you have to climb to connect with the executive leadership team.

We are not just a number, and treated like people and we matter, work/life balance is very important to the company and I appreciate that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
just the salary, the health insurance is not great, i spent more out of pocket than i ever have on medical expense, and it has put me in debt
What makes you most happy at work?
I have an amazing boss that empowers me to be the best and I know if I ever come across an obstacle that she is always there for support. True leadership
