What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about the leadership team is that they show genuine interest from our front line individual to improve processes. They value our input.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Positions of SCRR and higher have not been reviewed as promised for salary adjustments. We continue to increase our SA and CRR salaries. It would be nice if the SCRR and above roles would be reviewed as well for comparative pay.
