I enjoy the team inside the four walls that I work with every day. When we changed markets, the environment from new market leaders is different. The other market was more praiseworthy, at times it feels like we only get talked to if we do something wrong. There is little recognition for positives.

I generally like and agree with 60% of the things done here at the company.

I like that the leadership team allows us to be flexible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we share the same values and our culture is the same.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around the great customers and co workers that I have in this community.

My team is mostly loyal to one another. We are one big family truly though.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the last year my raise was .31, but they continue to raise their expectations of us. Not to mention inflation has only gotten worse. The insurance here is not great but it still cost a good chunk of money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of my team and I get along, we have the same interests with life. We are all family oriented, so when something happens ot one of the kiddos it affects us all. We stay checking up one each other when something is going on,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like with the UB approach to banking we don't get paid enough for everything that we have to do. If you look at the other banks in our demographics, they make more money to just do loans. As a CRR I do loans accounts and run a teller line.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to stop having so many expectations of us at once. Those of us who work in universal banking are required to meet our quarterly goals and are customer facing. The upper management team and leadership team need to be in the branches to understand everything that we go throug
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If it was my choice, we would not be universal banking. I could focus more time on loans and checking accounts without being bothered to run teller transactions as well. If someone is in the office and we get busy i have to stop what I'm doing in the office and come help get customers taken care of.
