Working at first merchants changed my life for the better. I have learned so much, I have gained wonderful peers and feel so blessed that I get to work with such a wonderful company.

First Merchants has changed my life. I started working here 6 years ago in customer service, I am now Deposit Operations Specialist. Training peers on how to do processes. My manager has been amazing and truly cares about her team. FMB changed my life for the better and love what I do.

Focused individuals whom all have the same goal to see everyone succeed.

Everyone respects other's cultures and their environment. Makes for a positive work experience.

Being able to get things done, while also ensuring our customer's are happy.

We work very well together. Everyone communicates well and explains what they need or what needs to be done. We're family.

We communicate well. We like to laugh while still remaining focused and getting the job done efficiently. Ensuring we are all on the same page.

Having communication recently. Understanding what's actually going on. I appreciate it and means a lot. Without communication comes frustration. I think it has gotten better the past 2 months.

When you put on a smile others will smile back. Everyone is genuine and cares about one another. Even if we are not on the same team or departement.

We work well together, the communication is great. Our manager is always checking on us to make sure we are good. I feel our team is amazing and we work very well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I personally feel with the work I do, being dedicated to First Merchants and our growth, I feel I should make a little more. I am very grateful for my job with First Merchants and I have been here 6 years. An increase in pay would be extremely helpful.

I have been with this company for 5 years. I am very loyal to FMB, growing my career here has been a blessing. Over the course of 2+ years i've been given more responsibilities in my job. I feel the compensation doesn't match my hard work and sometimes can make it overwhelming.
