WE HAVE BRIGHT AND POSITIVE ATTITUDES AND WE ARE EAGER TO DO THINGS TOGETHER AS A GROUP WERE All PRETTY GOOD FRIENDS AT WORK AND OUT OF WORK, I LOVE MY COWOKERS.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I LIKE THE PEOPLE BUT I DONT LIKE THE GOAL PART BC ITS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH AND I USED TO MAKE $100 A MONTH ON REFERRAL NOW IT TAKES ME 3 MONTHS TO MAKE $180 WHEN I MADE $300 IN 3MONTHS RIDICULOUS.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
IHAVE ALOT OF FAMILY IN BANKING AND THEY MAKE ALOT MORE THAN ME TO START OUT AND THEIR GOLAS ARENT A MILLION DOLLARS PER QUARTER LIKE OURS IS, THEYHAVE REALISTIC GOALS AND DONT HAVE PEOPLE QUITTING ALL THE TIME BECAUSE THEYPAY BETTER 20+ AN HOUR AND BETTER INSURANCE FOR UNIVERSAL TELLERS. AKA ME.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
give SA more money and sick time since we do the most and get paid the least especially at your busier branches. Other banks start pay is alot more for universal tellers which is what i am. been here 16 months an seen 6 people quit or leave position at my branch due to pay and unrealistic goals.
