Everyone is very kind and friendly.
Fighting for proper compensation for their employees and rewarding good performance.
I'm more neutral than anything. Not excited but not dreading it.
It's not really a yes or no answer for me. More neutral than anything.
Competitive pay. I believe my position at other banks make closer to $50k per year.
We communicate and work well with each other. We are always willing to help each other out.
My manager is very realistic and truly has our backs when they feel we are right. Our team is very open to learning when we are wrong and we can have candid conversations worries, struggles and successes.
My team created completely new standards last year for our role and we still got solid performance on our reviews resulting in extremely small raises. Having more competitive wages to other banks and getting proper rewards for high performance.
I appreciate that I was hired without needing a degree or specialized experience in my department but other FI's pay about $5/hour more in my role with 2 years of experience needed. I suppose there is nothing stopping anyone from getting the experience at FMB and leaving for more pay after that.
