I initially thought of this as another job to hopefully succeed in, but have only been shown time and time again, that with these leaders and the values that first merchants brings to the table, I can go as far as I want to in this company. The transparency among the company is like none other. I am always in the loop with the ongoing changes and am always involved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a TEAM and never have I felt alone in a mistake, success, or plan even. We are always in it together.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy providing customers with tools, or products that coincide with their needs and financial goals. There's nothing like seeing the lightbulb go off, because you provided a path!
