It has been brought to my attention that new hires are being hired in at a competitive rate. However, for those employees who have worked here for a while, the compensation is very slow to be adjusted accordingly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The new incentive plan does not seem to maximize my earning potential when it comes to the new account portion. I will be earning less than I was earning on the former incentive plan. With a busier branch it is common to max out on points. It would be nice to receive compensation for every point.
