Overall I think the work life balance is very good! I think our company has goals and we are striving to meet them. I just really think the Innovation Team needs a pay bump to compete with other companies. Especially considering so many companies are fully remote and we have multiple managers remote

They seem to have a clear vision and they are communicating with each of us a lot better than years prior.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fast pace with always something to do that will benefit others. Our team is very trusting of one another and we strive to make each other better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Software Developers at any competing or non competing company make more than what our Software Developers make at FMB. We continue to lose people left and right on our team and every one of them have blamed the compensation when they speak to our team.
