Come to work and act in a professional manner. Leave the added stress at home.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More involvement from our management team to making sure that the employees are taken care of and appreciated. Words are not enough.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The team needs to get more involved with the employees. We see our market leader maybe once a quarter, and we almost never see the higher ups

We are in desperate need of management that cares about its employees, and a company culture that actively works to keep its employees happy, both culturally and financially.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works very well together, and we all support one another in the face of poor management. My team is one of the only reasons why I have stayed around for as long as I have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid below the average for someone in my position, however every yearly review I have had says that I am exceeding expectations. My pay should be a reflection of the hard work I put in every day, and it isn't.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid well below the average for my role, and no one in the company seems to care. There has been no incentive for me to stay with the company, and with the recent change in management at my branch, I am very likely to quit in the next few months.
