I love working for FMB its the unrealistic goals and the lack of help for platform. I am newer to everything and I knew what I was getting myself into but I was also told I would have help and I do not. it is really sink or swim.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely seem to care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am newer to this team but some of them really want to learn
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I stay in my office for the most part, but I love to help the customers that is what is positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can help customers and whatever they may be facing that day and maybe I can help someone turn a negative into a positive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The goals that have been set are not realistic for this area, also there is no help for newer platform its basically sink or swim
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the passion my BCM, CCSM and Market leader have to help push and make me successful. They all seem to really want what is best and see their employees succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Platform really seems to work together to try and help the bank succeed. Somedays that is 3 of us rotating out because the frontline calls in so that we all have a chance to meet our goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We seem to keep getting more and more put on our roles and the pay doesnt match the amount of work that we do. Especially the platform side of things we are pushed and to do more and not compensated fairly. Somedays I am platform and I have to be front line then I am risking not meeting my goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like for the amount of work that is required from platform position does not get paid adequately They more I do the more I take on or that is asked of me is not translated in my pay. I could do the bare min that is required w/ my job description but who is that ultimately hurting the customer
