I absolutely love it here, despite my many critiques. I mean them all constructively, as I believe honest feedback is extremely important. I just wish there was more consideration for SAs and CRRs like myself
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone being knowledgeable and communicative. It's important to have a strong staff :)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Wages are too low, and the leaders and salary workers do sometimes abuse the lack of time clock, if I'm being honest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I greatly enjoy how flexible and kind the culture is here, everyone is so lovely to work with and meeting new people is always a pleasure
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though I work harder than some leaders but still do not make a livable wage. A bachelor's degree and 3 years banking experience has not gotten me very far despite the companies continued success and fantastic numbers year after year.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I do look forward to interacting with ALL my coworkers but there has been continued conflict with one particular employee. I am not going to name names but the number of issues that have continued to happen, despite mitigation attempts from the managers are continuing to cause day to day issues.
