I enjoy collaborating with others on my team. My manager stays in regular contact with me.

The opportunity to earn more through the bonus structure. Although I have not actually seen the results from a full year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My colleagues that share the same position as I do and my direct manager. They all have a willingness to help one another. Unfortunately, it stops with them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better knowledge of the processes and systems. More willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them from start to finish. Don't wait for others to ask if tasks are completed. Move them forward on their own.
