I enjoy working at FMB and have recommended it to multiple family members. The only thing that makes me nervous is I know we are looking for cost-saving measures that make me wonder if the organization is struggling to a degree of possible job loss in the future. The VERIP program made me nervous.

Marking items off of my to-do list.

I appreciate their passion for FMB, and I feel like they seem quite down to earth.

Our Team works well together. There is no one that I dread reaching out to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay feels fair, PTO is good and appreciate the Short-Term disability and parental leave offered by FMB.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone around me seems like they work hard which makes it easy for me to feel like I need to work hard every day as well. I do not notice lazy coworkers around me.
