I will start and say that if it was not for the horrible experience, I had at that Branch this would have been one of the greatest jobs that I've HAD with the rest of people and branches I LIKE IT and think I can go far if permitted

My experience started off bad and Rocky at the branch where I was, I've been in my new Branch for about 3 weeks, and I feel much better

Their attitude and ethics are on the floor especially at Fishers and N Michigan rd
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that we still are under paid and that bilingual people should get 2 dollars more than original pay

Other Banks for SA are paying about $23 to $25 per hour and I think that for a client relationship Representative should be at that wage
What do you like best about the leadership team?
well, a good manager has to be not bias hear both sides of the situation and understand the problem and how to fix it not just say I don't know what else to do. like I was told
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Someone at least listened to me and did something. But about the culture this company is great has different types of people and I like the company just that had a horrible experience with that branch the other branches have a great environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that the Banking system is very important and other banks for my position are paying around 21 to 23 an hour also, if you are bilingual, you should get a monetary increase for that I think a low-cost deductible insurance would be better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
well sadly the team I was at Fishers were not good why I say that no etiquette they would talk behind your back, invent lies that did not happen and the manager just said I do not know what to do never has this happen before in a job to me
