Everybody is focused on creating an optimal experience for our clients and focused on doing so in a collaborative way that engages the whole team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More of a general comment on the overall labor market. Working 40+ hours a week with where the cost of living is, compensation seems low relative to the "ideal" market. For the Bank, I feel I am compensated fairly.
