Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The number of goals that is set and the workload is not equal. They are asking for more and more every time we turn around. The employees are feeling so much pressure that they are not wanting to come to work. It seems to be all about the mighty dollar, more so than the employees being happy.
