It's been about 50 days since I started so far, and I have nothing but positive things to say about FMB.

I have been hired over six months ago, by far best company I have ever worked for. I have opportunities to learn every day and be better at them as I go and feel proud when goals meet. Manger Cody Samiles make sure to follow up closely about any concern or progress we have.

As a new employee, I feel very welcomed to the team. Over all experience with first merchant is very nice.

401k contributions and being to change prefrences, only thing I wish would be being able to edit benefit during the year.

My team knows 80% of the customers by name so it shows what kind of relationship company holds with it's community.

I feel like I have a work family where we share our values, I am happy to come to work on Monday morning.

Community service offer, I love cats and love the fact three's choice by the company to give it back to community as a team.

Seeing my regular customer and knowing I can make a difference by following up closely with them, also team is pleasant people to be around.
