I am new, but so far it seems good. I would like better benefits and pay as well as more staff at the branch, but other than that I feel good about FMB.

local branch community. We don't hear much from the top, which is fine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higher pay and better healthcare benefits. Also, better staffing at the branch level so retention would be better.
