The pay is very low compared to other places including banks. Raises are embarrassingly low.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are treated as a competent adult not micromanaged like a child. That is a breath of fresh air.

I feel that the pay is relatively low for not only the business we are in but also with the economy.

Goal oriented without being abrasive and demanding. Seem to care about you as a person and sees you more than just an employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, Caring, Hardworking, the team seems very postitve and they all do their best and work together when needed. Everyone is willing to help others, which is something that can be rare.
