Market adjustments should not absorb annual increases.

Too much micro-managing; needs to stop micro-managing so much.

They are good, solid workers that are motivated and motivating.

Many of them are just awesome. Most of us are friends in and outside of work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop micromanaging, provide clearer direction, don't expect everyone to be able to read between the corporate lines.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The typical pay rate for my position from my understanding is much higher than what I am receiving.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Never have I ever had a customer service rep push a credit card spiel onto me when I've called in. How bad is the company's position when the customer service reps are being required to offer/push credit cards to customers?

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Complete the "market evaluation" before annual increases. And when the market adjustment happens, it should not absorb the previous annual increases. Three times I've busted hump to get an outstanding annual review just for my annual increase to get absorbed and put me back at starting wages.
