I love the "not corporate" feel of FMB. I don't feel like someone in another state is making decisions about me and my job without knowing me or what it is that I do.

I worked for a larger bank for 20+ years. I love the smaller feel to FMB. I don't feel like everyone making the decisions are out of reach
