My experience has been very unique. Entering a new company and new department with financial background yet lacking experience in the new department can be challenging. The adjustment period is always the hardest. Overcoming those obstacles and pushing forward has been my experience and reward.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My experience has been great. I came into a company that stated they encourage and support exploring other opportunities within FMB and they have done just that. When opportunities have presented themselves and I have shown interest I have encourage and supported. My new roll is amazing.

Their inclusion and interest in day-to-day task and our feedback

Flexibility with work life and family life. I never feel like I have to choose.
