I started out loving my job but then Management started to micromanage and nitpick every little thing to the point of where we feel if we breathe wrong our job will be at stake with no grace to improve or induvial advisement that we are doing something wrong

Treat us like people and not computers, have realistic expectations for us
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They support DE&I, lgbt+ employees and make an effort for everyone to feel included
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Director for Customer Care continues to tell us how replaceable we are and shows no empathy for our concerns, I wish we were valued as employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management treats us poorly and constantly looks down on us and doesn't seem to value any good we do and only focus on our mistakes no matter how small
