Was happy with this job when I started. When everyone was doing good work, management got greedy and expected more. They went as far as to making employees work on weekends mandatory, sometimes giving some of the employees just a one day weekend. It is about quantity over quality, and it's going bad

It is cheaper than the plans out there.

The team leads are great. Better than the managers.
