Good at first, but eventually went down hill. I use to enjoy going to work. Now I'm over depended on. Know more than I should. That isn't normal.

Because I know how to do everything including stuff I shouldn't know.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees, take care of problems when they happen, make sure the employees happy so they'd take care of their business.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The higher ups are a big problem. They don't have to deal with the public. Management and employees do. They don't have to deal with nasty customers and complaints. Some of the rules are a bit outrageous too.
