To be honest, my pay makes me happy, but aside from that, it would be my light workload and company engagement activities
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is always approachable. You can always speak your thoughts out and they will value it and listen carefully. They come up with good plans on how to improve the company together with the simple employee's ideas.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the way that the interviewer is speaking to you like you are on the same level. As if you are talking to a fellow applicant, and that you are comfortable to speak your mind while being on an interview
