So far, I am more than happy with my job that I have now as I can still balance both life and career. Though the compensation is not that competitive, I am still grateful for what I have and hoping to be offered a salary increase for being one of their loyal employees.

Probably the company's necessities. (Toiletries, coffee)

The way our clients treat us so well and the kind people we encounter every single day we go to work.

We worked as a team and we make sure that whatever happens, no ones gonna be left behind. Very supportive and open mind.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part was the monthly incentives. I just celebrated my first anniversary to the company and I'm hoping to be given a salary increase, as well as monthly allowance.
What do you like best about your company?
The weekly activities that our country HR is initiating. This is actually a fun idea as this could encourage everyone to be pro-active and relax not just focusing solely on working the whole shift.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way everybody has the initiative to celebrate every milestone we have in this company. It may be big or small, it is so important to us to acknowledge every single success we all have despite of all the hardships and challenges throughout our journey.
