What makes you most happy at work?
Having interaction with multiple regions and learn from other cultures, habbits, traditions, etc. You can learn so much from the rest of the world
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved the space given to share experiences, goals and expectations, instead of focusing only in educational and work experiences, so they can meet your persona and the atittude and habilities you will provide them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel the paycheck reflects the hard-work of each individual, however, the extra benefits are quite low or limitated in comparison with companies of the same branch. In order to satisfy the people and create a belonging feeling, we could check the probability of extended or increasing the benefits
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me the most positive thing I found here it is the feeling of partnership and belonging to the company. The feeling that all our problems or difficulties are listened and the multiple options or solutions, sometimes advises, given are the most valuable thing. You feel they care about you
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We care about every single agent, I like to meet all agents expectations and goals in near-future so we can help to achieve them. I like to make them feel they are not just employees or a number in our group/campaign, they are people and we need to care about every individual
