I would not leave Instacart if another company offered to pay me more. The quality of life working for Instacart is amazing (I'm paid great too)! I'm proud to be a carrot!!

Everyone cares about each other and about diversity! We have amazing ERG groups that have stellar sessions.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people are amazing. We also have catered meals, snacks, yoga space, ping pong, a game room with video games and board games, a lounge with VR, a library, and happy hours.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares about all employees including our shoppers. They have great intentions and genuinely care about leadership and development. They are data-driven and work smarter, faster, with a laser focus on quality.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Work hard and play hard. I have a great time at work and look forward to being with my team "on the clock" and enjoy it when we have after-hours outings "off the clock". We have a great team!
