It has been interesting - the office seems extremely disconnected from shoppers and often make questionable decisions impacting shoppers in negative ways. It feels weird to work for a company where the work force is negative towards the HQ employees and company as a whole.

Working with my direct team and being empowered to bring positive change to shoppers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team continues to hold AMAs and All Hands, allowing employees to ask questions about the company, policies and decisions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The food, snacks, and drinks are a great perk and make it easy to manage meals in the morning and afternoon.
