From an internal perspective, I appreciate the current focus on diversity and specifically improving the number of females + BIPOC in leadership positions. I always believed this should be a priority out of the gate, but it better late than never.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to say as I'm fairly new and I only know my team — I think Instacart has now scaled to a point where this answer will really be based on a person's team experience. I'd say for me, the most positive aspect is learning alongside some of the smartes
