I've met a lot of truly wonderful people, but it takes some serious hussle to make a livable amount of money, and it's usually too much stress for the amount of compensation. Sometimes it doesn't matter how hard you work, you just get unlucky.

Most customers I speak to seem confused as to what it is the client I work for does, and it leads to a lot of frustration for the customer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is not enough for the level of stress and work you have to do off the phone, which you are not compensated more than a few pennies for.
