I love working at Malouf. It's a wonderful place to have a career. I've had the chance to grow so much in my two years working here and the advancement in my career is one of the things I value most. Malouf is a rocketship and we're not slowing down anytime soon!

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how comfortable I felt. I didn't feel like I was getting interrogated, it was a casual conversation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the health/dental/vision insurance. It's such a relief to know both me and my husband are taken care of.

Our health insurance premiums being covered by Malouf is amazing. My husband and I don't pay a dime. Affordable healthcare is so important.

My team is kind to one another, and we take the idea of radical candor very seriously. We are not afraid to give open, honest feedback to one another.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Everyone feels like family. We hang out outside of work, say hi to one another as we are walking through the building, and we have built an open, positive environment.

I love how personal Sam Malouf, and all the other executives are. Sam will sit with you at lunch and ask about your family, and your life outside of work. Her is humble and kind and you feel like he is a real friend.
