The overall experience of my company is awesome it helps me to get the best experience I have ever had . All the associates is helpful and friendly nature. One thing I must say the open door policy is the best which we got in the company. For now I want to learn more inside the Marriott Industry.

Some of the best things about my team is they worked as a team not the individual. Everyone is looking forward to help each other and takes the initiative.

My Leaders knows the difference between the leader and the boss that is the one I personally like very much. They are always forward for giving the proper guidance.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am very happy when I Learn new ideas and free to share my thoughts. Which helps to increase my knowledge and is can be beneficial for the company growth as well.
