What did you like most about the interview process?
The managers communicated expectations clearly, shared what the future may hold if I performed well, and expressed the different oppurtunites that may come out of working with the hotel.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication and problem resolution. If a coworker makes a mistake the steps to correct the mistake shouldnt feel like punishment.
