The training is very unorganized and lacking of professionalism. Most of the training I was expected to do on my own at my house unsupervised. I haven't even been on a tour of the hotel where I work. I never even knew that there was a break room. I was hired in Jan. 2023.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Guest interactions. We help them have a great experience.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would actually interview the person explain the job and tour the building
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't use it. It hasn't affected me one way or the other. I'm PT
What makes you most happy at work?
That it's a flexible work schedule and works around my other job and life schedule
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We got a new GM who is very friendly and helpful. He chats with everyone like we are all equal and listens to our ideas and concerns. He even helps personally with issues that we bring to his attention. He has made a positive impact.
