I truly take pride & enjoy working the front desk. However, the inconsistent last minute scheduling & lack of training makes it hard to put the proper amount of pride in your job. I would really enjoy the chance to have a conversation on how to continue a productive relationship with the company.

It's fair per the natural jobs description.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was personal and efficient.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is respectful and cordial for the most part, it is a pleasant vibe with everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Due to the improper scheduling and hiring it is hard for a consistent team to come together. The meetings were consistently prepared but rarely orchestrated. My direct supervisor does the best she can with the given resources and instructions provided to her
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the customers then seeing their appreciation in the reviews. Having customers that remember me month to month for simply remembering their name. Providing good customer service has become something I thoroughly enjoy and hope that I will get to continue doing it at Marriott.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I personally like them and have the utmost respect for them. However, they lack the professionalism that I have seen in my travels to Marriotts around the country, prior to my employment. You can look at the reviews and see the difference between times I'm work and when I am not week to week.
