The management wants you to work ten people's jobs and does not value you as a human being. A lot of micromanaging happens and they do not have great communication. They would pay more to certain employees because of favoritism and not pay deserving hard workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For what I get paid, I have to do more work that is not limited in certain tasks I am promised but tasks that belongs to other employees.
